The Guarantee

Session Cards are built around one promise: you'll finish more tracks. If you use them for 30 days and don't feel like your creative output has improved, email us for a full refund. No questions asked, no proof required.

The 30-day clock starts on the date your order is delivered — not the purchase date, not the pre-order date. You get the full 30 days to actually use the cards.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@session-cards.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Subject line: "Refund Request."
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label (US customers) or return instructions (international customers).
  3. Return the deck in any condition. It doesn't need to look new. We just need it back.
  4. Once we receive the deck, your refund is processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

US customers: We pay return shipping. International customers: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refund Amount

Refunds are for the original purchase price paid ($149 USD). Original outbound shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable. If you received a discount code, your refund will reflect the discounted price you paid.

Limit

This guarantee applies to one refund per household. It is available to direct purchasers from session-cards.com only. Resellers or third-party sellers are not covered by this guarantee.

Pre-Order Policy

Session Cards Edition 001 is available for pre-order. Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your deck arrives damaged, defective, or missing cards, email support@session-cards.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no return required for damaged or defective items.

Lost Packages

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, email us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll reship at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice. Lost package claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs under the 30-day guarantee. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not refundable, as these are charged by your local government and are beyond our control.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer exchanges — only refunds. If there's an issue with your order, email us and we'll make it right.

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned deck, refunds are processed within 10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your card issuer — typically 3–5 additional business days after we initiate the refund.
